These terms apply to your use of https://robustudio.in and to all purchases and services from AVA AERODYNAMICS PVT. LTD. ("Robu Studio"). By placing an order, enrolling in a course or requesting a project you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Products, pricing and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown at checkout.
- We make every effort to keep prices, specifications and stock accurate. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after payment succeeds (or, for cash on delivery, when we accept the order).
- Stock is held for a limited time while you complete online payment; unpaid orders lapse automatically.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
Engineering projects and custom work
- Custom projects are quoted individually. A quote is valid for the period shown on it, and work begins after the agreed advance or milestone payment.

- You confirm you have the right to share any files you upload.
Training
Enrolment is confirmed after approval and payment. Seats are limited. [REVIEW: batch change, cancellation and certificate terms]
Use of electronic components
Electronic and robotics components must be installed and operated by suitably skilled persons. Installation, operation and maintenance are the buyer's responsibility. [REVIEW: warranty / after-sales wording]
Intellectual property
The site, logo, content and designs are the property of AVA AERODYNAMICS PVT. LTD. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
