This policy explains how AVA AERODYNAMICS PVT. LTD. ("Robu Studio", "we") handles personal information when you use https://robustudio.in, buy products, enrol in training, or request an engineering project. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Order and delivery details: shipping and billing addresses, GST number if you provide one, order history.
- Project and enquiry details: messages, requirements and any files you upload.
- Payment status: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, method and reference numbers, but never your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics (Google Firebase Analytics / Performance).
How we use it
- To process orders, deliver products, issue GST invoices and handle returns and refunds.
- To run training enrolments and quote, manage and deliver engineering projects.
- To send transactional emails (order, payment, refund and project updates) through our email provider, Resend.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the site's performance and reliability.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us operate the business: payment gateway (Razorpay), email delivery (Resend), hosting and storage (Vercel, MongoDB Atlas), analytics (Google Firebase), and logistics partners who deliver your order. They may process data only to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used; you can block them in your browser settings.
Retention and security
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to info@robustudio.in.
