Refund & Return Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order from your account before it is shipped.
• Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has started. [REVIEW]

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery from the Orders page in your account. [REVIEW: confirm the window you want to offer; it is configurable in admin settings.]
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all accessories. Components that have been soldered, programmed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. [REVIEW]
• If you received a wrong, damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. [REVIEW]

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (cash-on-delivery refunds by bank transfer after we collect your details).
• Once we initiate a refund, it usually reaches your account in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
• A credit note is issued for each refund, as required for GST.
• Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error. [REVIEW]
