Overview
A fleet-ready autonomous mobile robot that moves pallets and totes between racks and packing stations without floor markings.

The warehouse had narrow aisles, changing layouts and mixed human traffic, so fixed-path AGVs kept stalling.
Our solution
We built a LiDAR-based SLAM platform with a custom motor driver board, onboard safety scanner and a fleet dashboard for task dispatch.
